In 2024, Brittany turned to JCEO for help with her home’s energy efficiency. An energy audit revealed what she had already suspected - her home was losing heat in every possible way, making it difficult and expensive to keep warm.
JCEO’s Energy Services team quickly got to work, installing new doors, windows, an insulation barrier, and new heating ducts. They also replaced her aging hot water tank. Throughout the process, Brittany was grateful for the professionalism and accommodating behavior of the crew, who took time to explain each step.
One of the most impactful changes was the replacement of her hot water tank, which has dramatically improved efficiency and reduced energy costs. Now, Brittany enjoys a warmer home, lower heating bills, and peace of mind knowing her home is better equipped for the harsh North Country winters.
