Be a Volunteer Driver

JCEO’s Non-Emergency Medicaid Transportation Program (NEMT) removes transportation barriers for Medicaid-eligible residents in Clinton and Franklin Counties by providing rides to medical appointments, procedures, and other health-related services. This program is made possible through the dedication of volunteer drivers.

Why volunteer?

  • Flexible scheduling - drive as often or as little as you choose.

  • Strengthen your résumé with meaningful community service experience.

  • Use your own vehicle.

  • Receive a nontaxable mileage reimbursement.

  • Directly support the health and independence of your neighbors.
