The weather’s getting cooler, and the holidays are approaching. With Thanksgiving coming up next week, we’re taking a moment to reflect on all the things that we have to be grateful for this year. Our wonderful friends, neighbors, community partners, and local businesses have helped us continue helping people and changing lives. Thank you for being here with us!
Thanksgiving Meals
The deadline for Thanksgiving Baskets has ended, but there are still options for those who may have missed it!
Regional Food Bank’s Thanksgiving Distribution will be on Saturday, November 22nd.
Keeseville Hope Kitchen will have a Community Meal on Thanksgiving Day 11/27.
MHAB will have their Annual Recovery Community Thanksgiving Day Dinner on Thanksgiving Day 11/27.
Christmas Bureau and Holiday Helpers
Christmas Bureau (Clinton County) and Holiday Helpers (Franklin County) applications are still open, but they’re closing soon!
Holiday Helpers deadline is Monday, November 24th, 2025
Christmas Bureau deadline is Friday, December 12th, 2025

Saturday, November 22nd: Feed Your Neighbor Food Drive
99.9 The Buzz and 106.7 WIZN will be holding their annual Feed Your Neighbor Food Drive on Saturday, November 22nd from 9:00am - 3:00pm at Hannaford in Plattsburgh!
Wednesday, November 26th: Return of the Holiday Train!
The Canadian Pacific Kansas City Railway Holiday Train will be making its return on Wednesday, November 26th! Santa will be with JCEO collecting donations for our food pantries.
Saturday, December 6th: Miracle on Margaret Street
Find JCEO’s float during the City of Plattsburgh’s Miracle on Margaret Street parade at 5:30 on Saturday, December 6th.
Thursday, December 18th: Feed a Family Food Drive
WVNY and WFFF’s annual Feed a Family Food Drive will be taking place on Thursday, December 18th from 7:00am - 6:00pm at Market 32 in Plattsburgh!
