Mobile Farmers Market Hits The Road

A Mobile Farmers Market will begin providing fresh fruits and vegetables to communities in Franklin County on June 18th!

Mondays: Franklin County Courthouse in Malone, 10 a.m. to noon, and Tallon’s parking lot in Constable, 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.

Tuesdays: Yando’s in Malone, 10 a.m. to noon, and Rainbow Park in Fort Covington, 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.

Wednesdays: UVM-Alice Hyde in Malone, 10 a.m. to noon, and the former Catholic Church in Owls Head, 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.

Thursdays: McCadam in Chateaugay, 10 a.m.to noon, and The Village Market in Burke, 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.

Fridays: Department of Social Services in Malone, 10 a.m. to noon, and 4 Corners in Brainardsville, 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.

Vegetables available include: Broccoli, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Leaf Lettuce, Peppers, Potatoes, Radishes, Scallions, Spinach, Tomatoes, Yellow Squash, and Zucchini.

Fresh baked bread is available as well.

Make a fresh salad for $4.00 and add ham or turkey for 75 cents more.
