Senior OutreachJCEO serves many seniors each year through several different programs whose funding is provided through a cooperative effort by the Clinton County Office for the Aging and the New York State Office for the Aging. senior Outreach Workers provide information about programs that may be available to Seniors. They provide assistance in obtaining services and/or benefits to which seniors may be entitled. Our Senior Outreach Workers are also available to help fill out paperwork or applications for programs. They serve as advocates when seniors are having problems with social security, food stamps, medicaid, health insurance, etc. Whether seniors require assistance to medical appointments, or a friendly phone call to keep their spirits up, the Senior Outreach Program can help.
