Nutrition Outreach

The Nutrition Outreach and Education Program (N.O.E.P.) focuses on education, consumer advocacy, and the promotion of nutritious meal planning. Assistance with food stamp applications and documentation are available through N.O.E.P.  The USDA Food Stamp Program enables low income families to put nutritious food on the table and brings hundreds of thousands of dollars into Clinton County each month.
