JCEO combines services such as Community Outreach and Head Start to promote Family Development. We work closely with the family as a unit to enhance strengths and goals in order to help families reach a healthy interdependence within their communities.

Bruce Garcia, Cheif Executive Officer
Bruce Garcia joined the Management Team at JCEO in 1996 after spending 18 years with the Committee for Economic Improvement in Essex County. In 2003, Bruce met the requirements established by the Community Action Partnership in Washington D.C. for designation as a Certified Community Action Professional. He assumed his current position as Chief Executive Officer in January of 2009. E-mail Bruce Garcia
