Community Outreach

The Community Outreach Program meets the needs of disabled and elderly individuals and low income families. Twelve outreach centers located throughout Clinton County are the entrance points for many people seeking services. Each center provides information on various services available such as food baskets, clothing and other necessities. Outreach workers are able to assist in filling out applications for HEAP or the Christmas bureau. They provide one-on-one confidential assistance  maximizing the amount of personal support JCEO offers.
